These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HighRev Billing Solutions website, including highrevbillingsolutions.com, and any general information, contact forms, consultation requests, or website features made available through it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with the security, performance, or proper operation of the website
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology

03

Website Information Is General Information Only

The content on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes.

Website content should not be treated as medical, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, insurance, coding, or financial advice.

Healthcare reimbursement requirements, payer rules, contract terms, billing workflows, regulations, and technology requirements can vary by organization and may change over time.

A practice should obtain appropriate professional advice when a matter requires medical, legal, accounting, regulatory, or other specialized guidance.

04

Service Descriptions

HighRev may describe services such as Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing & Contracting, Practice Audits, Contract Negotiation, Healthcare Technology Setup, and Advanced Eligibility on this website.

Website descriptions are general summaries and do not guarantee that every feature, workflow, payer, platform, transaction, or activity described will be included in every engagement.

The actual scope of services, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, timelines, data-access requirements, and other terms will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, business associate agreement, or other applicable client document.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

05

No Guarantee of Financial or Payer Outcomes

HighRev does not guarantee a particular collection rate, reimbursement amount, denial rate, payment speed, payer approval, credentialing approval, contract increase, claim outcome, eligibility result, or other financial or operational result unless a specific written commitment is expressly included in an applicable signed agreement.

Revenue-cycle outcomes can depend on factors outside HighRev's control, including payer decisions, practice documentation, patient information, coding, coverage rules, system functionality, third-party vendors, contract terms, regulatory requirements, and the accuracy or timeliness of information provided by the client or other parties.

06

Consultations and Inquiries

Submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, sending an email, or communicating with HighRev through this website does not create a client relationship, business associate relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship by itself.

A service relationship begins only when the parties complete the applicable onboarding process and enter into any required written agreements.

HighRev may accept, decline, or request additional information regarding an inquiry or consultation request at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

07

Do Not Submit Protected Health Information Through General Website Forms

HighRev's public contact and consultation forms are intended for general business communications.

Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance member numbers, Social Security numbers, or other protected health information through standard website forms unless HighRev has specifically provided an approved secure method for doing so.

Any protected health information handled as part of an active client engagement may be governed by separate contractual, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

08

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, including text, branding, graphics, layout, service descriptions, design elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to HighRev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use website content for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without prior written permission from HighRev, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

09

Third-Party Websites, Tools, and Services

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, scheduling tools, analytics services, CRM tools, hosting providers, or other services.

HighRev does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, terms, or performance of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

10

Website Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of technical issues.

Website content may be updated as our services, practices, technology, or legal requirements change.

11

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

HighRev makes no warranty that the website content will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every practice, payer, workflow, or business situation.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a warranty or guarantee regarding the results of any service.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HighRev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or its general informational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Liability relating to paid services provided under a signed client agreement will be governed by that agreement rather than these general website Terms.

13

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person or organization.

This section does not apply where prohibited by law and does not replace any indemnification provisions contained in a separately signed client agreement.

14

Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to the HighRev Billing Solutions Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and protect information associated with website visitors and general business communications.

15

Communications

If you provide contact information to HighRev, we may use it to respond to your inquiry, confirm a consultation, provide requested information, or communicate about an existing or prospective business relationship.

Marketing communications, where used, should include an available method to opt out as required by applicable law.

16

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of [Insert State / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating solely to the use of this public website will be handled in the courts or other appropriate forum located in [Insert County/State or Jurisdiction], unless the parties are required or agree to use another forum.

Client service agreements may contain separate governing-law, dispute-resolution, or venue provisions that control matters arising from those services.

17

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18

No Waiver

If HighRev does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean HighRev has waived the right to enforce that provision later.

19

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
